1. Collection of personal data
"Your personal data is given special protection, so compliance with all legal requirements is an important concern for us. Personal data is individual information about the personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person, i.e. in particular the name, address, date of birth, but also telephone or fax number of a person represent such personal data.

This data is used exclusively in anonymized form for statistical purposes.
2. Use of the collected data
If you enter data as part of a contact or order form on our homepage or if data is collected in any other way as part of such a form, we will only use this data to process inquiries that we receive via the form. This data will be deleted within a period of 6 months after processing, unless there are further retention obligations.
The data collected from you will only be passed on by us to third parties in order to fulfil our contractual obligations and to ensure a smooth process, in particular for the processing of a concluded contract (e.g. passing on your name and address to a delivery service), if this is necessary or if storage is required for other legal reasons.

It can contain probability values that are calculated on a scientific basis and which include address data, among other things. These probability values are referred to as score values.
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties for the purposes listed in this section “2. Use of the data collected” except for the aforementioned purposes of credit checks, contract and payment processing.
You have the right to receive information about the data stored concerning you from all bodies that collect data in order to provide credit information.
3. Cookies
Our website uses cookies, ie text files that are stored on your computer. Permanent cookies recognise that your PC has already connected to a

Third parties, in particular our partner companies, are not permitted to obtain, process or use personal data via cookies on our website. Session cookies are deleted at the end of the session. 4. Use of "google analytics"

The BDSG grants you the right to obtain information about your stored data free of charge and, if applicable, the right to correct, block or delete this data. Requests for information, deletion and correction can be directed to the responsible body within the meaning of Section 13 Paragraph 1 of the Telemedia Act. This is as shown above.
7. Social plug-ins Facebook
The Java script code of the social network "Facebook" is loaded onto our pages. If you have activated JavaScript in your browser and have not installed a JavaScript blocker, your browser may transmit personal data to Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Parlo Alto, CA 94303, USA. This occurs as soon as you access our homepage if you are logged into Facebook via your user account at that time.
