Hello Love guests,
This is ME, the designer and person responsible for this website.
My name is Madeleine Baltes (née Kläser) and together with my mother, Mrs. Dorothea Ries-Kläser (managing director), we are the two creative minds behind our small family business.
Since 2016, we have proudly represented, together with other family members and a dedicated team of employees, the founder and designer of this hotel, Mr. Jörg Kläser.
These are our goals:
We want to offer our guests more than just a bed to sleep in. Our goal is to give each individual a feeling of "home".
We have been accommodating different types of travel groups for years. As a result, our rooms are individually furnished and offer everyone the necessary comfort.
This is what we offer:
Over the years, we have made a name for ourselves in our small Saarland and also beyond the state borders and stand for individual class, an excellent price-performance ratio and, above all, for our outstanding breakfast offer in the form of a buffet with plenty of regional and high-quality products.
We value innovation and always try to keep up with the times. All of our rooms are modern and some have already undergone one or two renovations. We always strive to offer our guests the best possible experience.
Our target groups:
- business travelers
- assembly workers
- vacationers
- clubs
etc.
For years we have not been able to offer our guests barrier-free accommodation. This is set to end in 2022. We are currently in the middle of implementing a project (conversion of four barrier-free hotel rooms, including one wheelchair-accessible hotel room), which is being supported by the European Union and the Saarland Ministry of Economic Affairs with funding. We are very pleased that with their help we have succeeded and will continue to succeed in offering people with disabilities an overnight stay.
"Together for Inclusion", a motto that we can now also adopt.
