Every year between May and June we dig through our strawberry fields in Saarland, "Erdbeerland Ernst & Funk", and pick fresh strawberries for our red jam highlight, which we then process in larger quantities.
But not only strawberries end up in our fruit bowl, but also many other colorful fruits.
Whether it is a grapevine or a fruit tree, nothing is spared from us.
